Orientation: The initial step on the road to achieving your goal is the interview with a training specialist. Discussing philosophies and insuring that realistic personal goals are set is the key to success.

Evaluation: Once your goals have been established, your next step is assessing your strengths and weaknesses. Our physical evaluation will test your overall relative body strength, cardiovascular and flexibility levels.

Program: Our days are spent researching the best techniques and methods to transform your weaknesses into your strengths. Our priority is insuring that we reach goals in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

Partner Program: You and UP TO 2 partners will be able to train together with a Personal Training Specialist. 

The Results: When you combine hard work, dedication and the right fitness program from one of our  Personal Training Specialist, the results WILL speak for themselves.

Odyssey Policy: Notification of cancellation MUST be given 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for the session if you give less than 24 hours notice.
