Odyssey's Pilates Program

Odyssey Athletic Center offers both apparatus and mat classes taught by Stott certified instructors who are passionate about Pilates and who will inspire you to reach your goals. Whether you are looking for more flexibility, a deeper mind-body connection, or a stronger core, our instructors will work with you to achieve that goal. Incorporating Pilates into your life will yield amazing results, whether you are an athlete or  someone who is just starting an exercise program.

Our Apparatus classes are offered in groups (3-4 participants), duets or privates. The class incorporates work on the Reformer, Tower and Edge and are sold in 10 week sessions. New clients without prior apparatus experience are requires to take a minimum of one private class prior to entering a group or duet class.

Mat Classes

We use rings, bands, balls...and sometimes no props at all! Classes are open to all levels; please let your instructor know if you are new to Pilates. It is strongly recommended that you take a Pilates Essential class prior to entering a mat class. This 30-minute class will teach you the fundamentals of breathing and proper stabilization techniques. Mat classes are offered to members at no additional charge. Non-members can purchase passes for the mat classes through Odyssey's membership department.
