Look who's IN THE SPOT LIGHT
Happy Birthday Billy!! Below a picture of our longtime member Billy C. along with Diego, Maintenance staff, as we celebrated his 88th birthday on Jan. 31st. With a few candles and a  low calorie birthday cake, members and Odyssey staff joyfully participated in singing a birthday cheer.  Many of our members have been members of our club for years & years. Our environment is warm and friendly, come visit and see for yourself...

BODY PUMP Launch Prize Winner

On January 11th, We held a launch for our #68 Body Pump Release. Thanks to our Group Exercise Staff and all of their hard work, especially Tricia Hauk, who coordinated a Prize Giveaway Drawing that included an Ipod Shuffle. Above is a picture of the happy prize winner , Jane V. , a longtime member, along with our proud club Owner, Joe Cabibbo. This Body Pump Launch was an exciting event  and many of our members enjoyed all  the hoopla that goes along with it.. Here at Odyssey, we hold Body Pump Launches 3 times a year. These events include prizes and lots of new and exciting classes to demo. Please come and join us at our next Launch coming  in OCTOBER. Child Care
Our Childcare provides a nurturing environment for infants and children 8 weeks  through 10 years of age.  Qualified Childcare Associates will care for your child in a clean & safe environment while you enjoy your workout at no charge!  We encourage our members to use this service.  For the safety of your child, we recommentd you familiarize yourself with our general policies (click here)

Court Sports
With four beautifully maintained courts dedicated to racquetball, handball , basketball & wallyball; Odyssey has more opportunity for play than any other club in Bergen County. We offer tournaments, challenge nights, clinics and lessons. Seven day advance reservations are recommended. (Click here for more info.)

Group Fitness:
Odyssey offers over 60 Group Exercise Classes weekly, meeting the needs of all fitness levels.
