All Odyssey Athletic Center Group Exercise Instructors are certified through the American Council on Exercise or Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. No other Health Club in New Jersey offers the large number and variety of innovative classes like Odyssey Athletic Center!
Odyssey Athletic Center offers classes including Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Step, Bosu, Belly Dancing, Urban Rebounding and more! Dynamic instructors lead participants through precise training in a fun and exciting environment. It is no wonder why our class participation and member satisfaction go hand in hand as the highest in the area. Our Instructors are among the most qualified in the industry holding general and specific certifications; and receive continuous education to provide our members consistency with industry improvements.
Odyssey Athletic Center has two Group Fitness studios offering over 60 classes that provide members a variety to optimize cross training. Our schedule includes a wide range of cardiovascular, strength and interval/circuit classes as well as mind-body connection. Check out our schedule for specifics such as Kick Box, Boot camp, Step, Aerobics, Urban Rebounding and SPIN. We offer over several types of Yoga and Pilates classes as well.
Not a member of Odyssey and would like to take a class??? No problem! You can take any of our classes for a daily fee of $15.00. This not only entitles you to take a class, but also allows you full access to our facility for the entire day. You can come during the morning, enjoy a class or workout in our weight rooms. If you feel energetic, come back and join us in the evening.
