Child Care
Our Childcare provides a nurturing environment for infants and children 8 weeks through 10 years of age. Qualified Childcare Associates will care for your child in a clean & safe environment while you enjoy your workout at no charge! We encourage our members to use this service. For the safety of your child, we recommend you familiarize yourself with our general policies:

Parents/guardians must remain in the club while their child is in our care. The child will be released ONLY to the parent/guardian who signed them in, unless other written arrangement has been made.
There is a two hour time limit per visit.
Due to food allergies, we strongly discourage eating in the facility.
Please label all of your child's belongings - bags, bottles, diapers, etc. Labels are available.
Children who are sick, will not be permitted in the facility. If your child suffers from allergies, please provide a Dr.'s note to allieviate concerns of other parents & children.
Parents will be paged for diaper changes, persistant crying, or repeated misbehavior.
Use your discretion when bringing older children. Our facility is geared toward children under the age of 10. We recommend that your older child bring in hand held video devices or books, this will help entertain them and prevent boredom while you enjoy your work out.
Insurance requlations prohibits children in any area of the club. In case of an emergency, requiring evacuaton of the building, the quickest & most safe way to exit the childcare facility is to allow our staff to bring the children outside to meet their parents at the front of the building.

Court Sports
With four beautifully maintained courts dedicated to racquetball, handball , basketball & wallyball; Odyssey has more opportunity for play than any other club in Bergen County. We offer tournaments, challenge nights, clinics and lessons. Seven day advance reservations are recommended. (Click here for more info.)

Group Fitness:
Odyssey offers over 65 Group Exercise Classes weekly, meeting the needs of all fitness levels.
