STABILITY BALL: Uses a Large Stability Ball providing an unstable environment for strength training, which challenges the core muscles while working others.
STRENGTH I.T.: Uses intense cardio segments (simplex aerobic/ callistenic moves to increase heart rate) combined with strength training. All levels.
BOSU BALANCE TRAINING: BOSU-A piece of equipment shaped like 1/2 a stability Ball to increase balance and core stabilization; this class is a full body strength and cardio work. INTERVAL TRAINING: Interval Training Classes (some noted with I.T.) are timed drills of cardiovascular and strength training.
WORK I.T.: Is alternating periods of Cardio Training and Muscle Toning in varying intervals. Great for all levels.
CIRCUIT TRAINING: Participants will move through a variety stations in circuit fashion to challenge cardiovascular and total body conditioning.
CARDIO MIX: Combines any and all forms (INCLUDING Step) of cardiovascular and strength training in one mix it up class. Multi Impact, Step and Strength in one class; cardio mix uses simplex and patterned cardio moves - all levels.
